- 3 cups popped popcorn
- 3 cups Crispix
- 1/2 cup mixed nuts
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons caramel apple dip
- In a large bowl, combine the popcorn, cereal and nuts. In a small saucepan, combine butter and caramel dip; bring to a boil. Remove from the heat. Pour over popcorn mixture and toss to coat.
- Transfer to a greased 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Bake at 250° for 45-60 minutes or until golden brown, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool completely. Store in an airtight container. Yield: 6 cups.

"These are so good. I didn't have mixed nuts or Crispix so I used some walnut and pecan halves and Corn Chex. After mixing the caramel and butter I sprinkled on just a half teaspoon of coarse sea salt before baking. Awesome recipe."
