Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in pork loin chops (7 ounces each)
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 large sweet red pepper, chopped
  • 1 large green pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • Chopped fresh parsley, optional

Directions

  1. Place chops in a 4-qt. slow cooker coated with cooking spray. Top with onion, peppers and barbecue sauce. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours or until pork is tender. If desired, top with chopped fresh parsley.
