BBQ Pork & Peppers

I made it today for the second time. Had boneless thick in the freezer so that is what I used. Just two of us so I cut the recipe in half. Shredded the chops on our plates and mixed the sauce with the shredded meat. This is a keeper, could be served with Kaiser rolls as well. I made Scored Potatoes as a side dish. Also a TOH recipe. They turned out great as well.
This was also my first slow-cooker recipe and it was delicious! With only two of us, it was easy to divide by two.
i tried it and it was delicious meat just melted in your mouth, now trying with ribs
Next time I might sear those chops just a bit prior to putting them in the slow cooker. And I may put them on top of the veggies rather than underneath.
Delicious! Chops were moist and tender. Next time I will add some minced garlic and a can of pineapple chunks, because...well...garlic and pineapple! Thank you, Rachael!
