It was the first recipe I ever made in a slow cooker & it was the first recipe my husband taught me! I usually pair this with white rice & a salad.

Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in pork loin chops (7 ounces each)
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 large sweet red pepper, chopped
  • 1 large green pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce

Directions

Place chops in a 4-qt. slow cooker coated with cooking spray. Top with onion, peppers and barbecue sauce. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours or until pork is tender. Yield: 4 servings.

"So easy and very yummy! A perfect recipe for a weeknight meal. It's a great combination of flavors and is so easy to put together before leaving for work. Smells great when you get back home and are ready to serve."
