Complement the sauce-topped steaks with this vibrant side dish that cooks in the microwave in mere minutes. Fresh sugar snap peas get extra color from a jar of pimientos, which eliminates the need to chop sweet red pepper.

"I had lots of fresh basil and sugar snap peas at my disposal so decided to give this recipe a try. I simply subbed the dried basil with the fresh basil and even used a bit more then called for because my husband LOVES fresh basil. This recipe is super simple to make and was delicious. The fresh basil really complimented the sugar snap peas. With fresh basil growing on my windowsill I will be making this recipe again."

"I thought this recipe was just okay. I actually loved this method of cooking the sugar snap peas; they came out perfect. I just didn't care for the flavor of this dish; too much basil I think."
