Perfect! Quick, simple and goes with just about anything. I have a 700 watt microwave so I went with 8 min. Just right... I think I found my go-to recipe for Brussels sprouts!
Good recipe. The Brussels sprouts I had this time (frozen) were not the best batch, so they did not make for a tasty dish. I'm setting that aside for the review because the creator of this dish has nothing to do with the quality of sprouts you get and the recipe itself is good. I like the idea of using the butter and basil. But I think this dish would benefit from being cooked another way beside microwave cooking. I think with Brussels sprouts, cooking longer and allowing the flavors you put in them to really flavor them helps. They are kind of bland by themselves and cooking by saucepan over low heat would heat the middle well and give a better taste I think.
Great recipe!!! Quick and easy. I used fresh basil from my garden, I will be making this again.
This was simple and good. Used fresh basil.
