Barbecue Turkey Meat Loaf

I have no trouble getting my girls to lend a hand with this turkey loaf. And topping it with my husband’s favorite barbecue sauce always gets him to clean his plate! —Robyn Young, Indianapolis, Indiana

This is one of my favorite make ahead dishes. I love that it makes two loaves. I can either freeze them both now or have one now and one for later.

This was awesome! I only used 1 pound of ground turkey but (accidentally) kept everything else the same, making it REALLY moist and yummy. My husband said it was the best meatloaf he's ever had!
