Banana Pops Recipe
These wholesome treats are as fun to make as they are to eat. My little granddaughter, Taylor, likes to do the scooping and pouring. The hardest part is waiting for the pops to freeze, so she can have one!—Taylor Smith, Old Orchard Beach, Maine
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 medium ripe banana, cut into chunks
- 1. In a blender, combine the yogurt, orange juice and banana; cover and process until smooth. Pour into Popsicle trays, or pour into small plastic disposable cups and insert Popsicle sticks. Freeze until firm, about 5 hours or overnight. Yield: 6 servings.
