Banana Nut Muesli

Although I love the flavor of homemade cereals, I rarely have time to make them from scratch. But this cereal is so wonderful not only because it's's made the night before.

  • 1 cup water
  • 2/3 cup quick-cooking oats
  • 1 firm banana, sliced
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon


  • In a bowl, mix all of the ingredients. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Serve chilled.
