Banana Mixed Berry Smoothie Recipe
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 medium ripe banana, peeled, cut into chunks and frozen
- 1/4 cup each frozen unsweetened strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries
- 1 cup milk
- 1. In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients; cover and process until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately. Yield: 3 servings.
1-1/4 cups: 192 calories, 6g fat (3g saturated fat), 19mg cholesterol, 94mg sodium, 30g carbohydrate (26g sugars, 2g fiber), 7g protein.

"It's refreshing. I added crushed pineapple and some black cherries to the berry mix and it turned out pretty good. I knew with the mixed berries that I would have to deal with the seeds but overall pretty good. It would have been 5 stars in it if it weren't for those pesky seeds..."
