Banana Milk Shakes

Ingredients

  • 1-1/3 cups 2% milk
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 1/3 cup chocolate syrup
  • 2 small ripe bananas, quartered

Directions

  • In a blender; combine all ingredients; cover and process until smooth. Pour into chilled tall glasses; serve immediately.

3/4 cup: 406 calories, 4g fat (2g saturated fat), 13mg cholesterol, 151mg sodium, 85g carbohydrate (71g sugars, 4g fiber), 11g protein.

    I made banana milk shakes recently and we loved them. My husband especially loved it as he loves bananas as well as milk shakes. It was easy to prepare as well as delicious. I highly recommend this recipe as a Volunteer Field Editor for Taste of Home.

    I'm pregnant and all I've been craving lately is fish sticks and any variation of ice cream. This is reallllly hitting the spot :) only thing I'd recommend is less milk as I had to add more ice cream to thicken it up.
