Banana and Chocolate Smoothie Recipe
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
- 2 medium bananas, halved
- 8 ice cubes
- 1. In a blender, combine all ingredients; cover and process until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately. Yield: 4 servings.
1-1/4 cups: 256 calories, 5g fat (3g saturated fat), 14mg cholesterol, 89mg sodium, 49g carbohydrate (43g sugars, 2g fiber), 6g protein.
