  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
  • 2 medium bananas, halved
  • 8 ice cubes


  • 1. In a blender, combine all ingredients; cover and process until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately. Yield: 4 servings.

"Although I followed Dianaore's advice and used frozen bananas without the ice, I didn't care for the overall taste of the smoothy. And it isn't as healthy as I would like."

"I opted to not use the ice, but used frozen bananas instead. When we have bananas that have gone a little ripe I place them in the freezer for smoothies so they were perfect for this new smoothie recipe."
