  • 1/4 cup balsamic or red wine vinegar
  • 1 envelope Italian salad dressing mix
  • 2 teaspoons sugar


  • 1. In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine all ingredients; shake well. Store in the refrigerator. Yield: 1 cup.
