Baked Southwest Sandwiches
TOTAL TIME: Prep/Total Time: 30 min.
YIELD: 8 servings.
I like to prepare these tasty sandwiches whenever I have a few friends over for an informal lunch. The combination of toppings is out of this world. I'm often asked for the recipe.
