Hmm...how do I get the tops browned without overcooking and drying them out? I took them out of the oven and they were practically white! :-OThey taste better than they look...and they dont look bad really, just not what I was expecting. I used Daisy sour cream, which was fine. Also, I might consider adding some black pepper to the recipe. The last thing is, I would also consider using a non stick pan with spray oil and skip the muffin cups all together---the paper cups became saturated and looked greasy, eventhough the muffins are not greasy at all! Bottom line, not what I expected, but worth trying to at least see what came out! :)
