- 1 pound fresh or frozen brussels sprouts, thawed and halved
- 1/4 cup butter, cubed
- 6 Jones Dairy Farm Dry-Aged Bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
- 2/3 cup chopped walnuts
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- In a large skillet, saute brussels sprouts in butter until tender. Add the bacon, walnuts and garlic; cook 1-2 minutes longer or until heated through. Yield: 6 servings.

"Brussels Sprouts are a favorite in my house and we eat them just about every week. I like to try new ways to fix them, but I wasn't that impressed with this recipe. Next time around I will try just allowing the sprouts to caramelize in a bit of the bacon grease, then add a little water and cover them to steam them for a few minutes before adding the other ingredients to see if that better suits our tastes."

"First trimmed off the base of the sprout. I melted the butter in the pan for 2 minutes, then roasted the Brussels sprouts in the oven at 350 for 40 minutes. Then added the rest of the ingredients as directed.for the bacon I microwaved it for 9 minutes before chopping it up. This was delicious. Always heard terrible things about Brussels sprouts now they are my favorite vegetable"
