Haven't tried this yet but it looks absolutely delicious. First tried apple tea when I was in Istanbul and have missed it ever since.

This was excellent! I served it to a friend who was over to visit and she thought it was excellent as well. It is a smooth, warm, not to sweet drink that hits the spot on a cold day. I did use cinnamon instead of allspice. I will be making this again!

I'm not a fan of allspice, so I switched it with a pinch of cinnamon , delicious!

This is one of the most excellent hot drink recipes I've ever tried. It even works with ground allspice or without the honey (though not as sweet). Highly recommended!
