Apple Butter Pie

This pie was great, especially the next day! Pretty sure the picture for the recipe is a pumpkin pie, not this pie though. I think next time I'm gonna try 1 cup of apple butter, because the evaporated milk comes in 12 oz cans (recipe calls for 16 oz) and I hate wasting over half of a can of evaporated milk that's unneeded. Hopefully the texture will stay the same. Will update if I end up doing it!
This is a great pie to enjoy in the Fall. Easy to make and tasted wonderful!!
This was a great way to use several jars of apple butter that I bought on sale. The kids liked it, and our dinner guests asked for second helpings. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it seemed like it needed something extra to make it special.
