Apple Amaretto Sours
An amaretto sour had always been one of my favorite cocktails. This version has a special touch that makes it perfect for enjoying throughout the holiday season. —Amber Forbes, Roper, North Carolina

- 3/4 cup amaretto
- 4 cups apple cider, chilled
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 6 lemon slices
- 6 cinnamon sticks (3 inches)
- Fill six highball glasses with ice. Pour 2 tablespoons amaretto into each. Stir together apple cider and lemon juice until well mixed. Divide evenly among glasses. Serve each with a lemon slice and cinnamon stick.
