Almond Brussels Sprouts Recipe
- 1 pound fresh brussels sprouts, halved
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1. Place brussels sprouts and broth in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 6-8 minutes or until tender. Add almonds and butter; stir until combined. Yield: 6 servings.

"I made this last night. It was extremely easy and very good. I cooked mine a little longer than the recipe called for just because I like them a little softer. I also grated some Parmesan cheese on top just because I had some out for another dish. It would have been fine without the cheese, though."
