Air-Fryer Brownies

These small-batch fudgy air-fryer brownies come together so quickly, and no oven is required. Top with nuts or powdered sugar for a quick homemade treat. —Rashanda Cobbins, Milwaukee, Wisconsin
Ingredients

1/3 cup butter, cubed

1-1/2 cups 60% cacao bittersweet chocolate baking chips, divided

3/4 cup sugar

2 large eggs, room temperature

2 tablespoons water

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

3/4 cup all-purpose flour

1/4 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions

Preheat air fryer to 325°. Line a 6-in. square or round cake pan with parchment, letting ends extend up sides. In a small microwave-safe bowl, melt butter and 1 cup chocolate chips; stir until smooth. Cool slightly.

In a large bowl, beat sugar, eggs, water and vanilla. Gradually stir in chocolate mixture. Combine flour, baking soda and salt; gradually add to chocolate mixture. Fold in remaining 1/2 cup chocolate chips. Pour into prepared pan.

Bake until a toothpick inserted in center comes out with moist crumbs, 40-45 minutes (do not overbake). Tent with foil as needed to prevent overbrowning. Cool on a wire rack.

Lifting with parchment, remove brownies from pan. Cut into squares.
