1/4 cup butter, softened

3/4 cup sugar

1 large egg, room temperature

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

2/3 cup mashed ripe banana (about 1 medium)

1/2 cup chopped pecans

Preheat air fryer to 325°. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy, 5-7 minutes. Beat in egg. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda and salt; add to creamed mixture alternately with banana, beating well after each addition. Fold in pecans.

Transfer to a greased 8-in. round baking pan that will fit in the air fryer. Cover with foil. Cook 25 minutes. Uncover; cook until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, 8-10 minutes. Cool in pan on a wire rack for 10 minutes before removing from pan.
