You'll only need a few ingredients to make this toasty cinnamon treat. Each bite consists of crisp pieces of apples and crunchy homemade granola. 2 tablespoons butter, melted, divided

1 medium apple, halved and cored

1/4 cup quick-cooking oats

2 teaspoons maple syrup

1/2 teaspoon all-purpose flour

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Cooking spray

Vanilla ice cream, optional

Preheat air fryer to 350°. Brush apple halves with 1 tablespoon melted butter.

In a small bowl, combine remaining 1 tablespoon butter with oats, maple syrup, flour and cinnamon. Divide filling into apple centers.

Place filled apples in a single layer on greased tray in air-fryer basket; spritz with cooking spray. Cook until filling is golden brown and apple is tender, 12-15 minutes. If desired, sprinkle with additional cinnamon and serve with vanilla ice cream.
