16 oz. package mild Italian sausage
28 oz. can San Marzano style plum tomatoes with basil
12 oz. box Penne Regata
Place whole tomatoes and juice in a bowl and slice. Set aside.
Brown the Italian sausage in a skillet on medium heat. Drain fat.
Add pasta and 1 cup of water. Mix thoroughly.
Cook for 15 minutes on medium heat, or until pasta is cooked.
