Quick and Easy Chopped Onions

Looking for a speedy way to chop onions without a lot of tears? Consider your blender! Quarter the onions, place them in the blender and cover with water. Put the top back on the blender and process on high speed for a second or two or until chopped. Pour into a colander to drain and you’re all done.
