Homemade Tartar Sauce

I don’t eat fish often, but when I do, I like it with tartar sauce. Since jars of prepared tartar sauce spoil before I use them, I’ve come up with a quick homemade version. I stir a teaspoon of dill pickle relish and a few drops of lemon juice into 1/4 cup of ranch dressing. It’s quick, fresh-tasting and makes just enough for one or two servings. —Doug Jeffries, Clarksville, Arkansas
