Stuffed Peppers Get Raves

“I add sausage to the ground beef and rice mixture for my stuffed peppers,” explains Virginia E. of Sagle, Idaho. “I stir in a small can of sauerkraut, then stuff the peppers. I top the filled peppers with canned tomatoes with green chilies. Before serving, I sprinkle on shredded cheddar cheese. These always get raves.”
