Super Steak Stew

When we have extra steak, I cut it into small cubes and brown it in olive oil in a skillet. Then I stir in some flour until blended. Next, I add two cubed potatoes, three sliced carrots, a large diced onion, 2 cups of water and two beef bouillon cubes. I simmer it until the vegetables are done, stirring frequently.
