Hearty Ham Bake

After we enjoy a ham dinner, I use up the extras in a casserole. I combine leftover vegetables with a can of mixed vegetables. Next, I stir together any leftover gravy with canned cream of chicken soup. I combine the veggies with half of the soup mixture and spread this in a baking dish. I top it with ham slices I’ve cut into serving-size pieces. Then I use an ice cream scoop to place mashed potatoes over the ham.
