Hawaiian Ham Stir-Fry

My husband used to get tired of ham after one meal. Once he tried this stir-fry, however, he looked forward to the leftovers. I cube the ham and brown it in a little oil. I drain a can of pineapple chunks, reserve the juice and add the pineapple to the skillet along with some chopped green pepper. Finally, I prepare a sweet-and-sour sauce by adding water, cornstarch, vinegar, brown sugar and prepared mustard to the reserved pineapple juice.
