Easy Stuffed Shells

To use up leftover meatballs in spaghetti sauce, I recently cooked enough jumbo pasta shells to match the number of meatballs. Then I stuffed a meatball into each cooked shell. I put some of the leftover sauce in a baking dish, placed the shells on top, poured the rest of the sauce over the shells and sprinkled them with shredded mozzarella cheese. I warmed them in a 350° oven for about a half hour or until the cheese was melted. This main dish was so good, I now make sure to have extra meatballs. —Lauralea Nicholson, Lake Ozark, Missouri
