How-to Use Drizzle & Drag Design Technique

This design adds a little glamour to any cake...and it's easy to do! First, spread the frosting over the cake, making it smooth and even. Place melted chocolate in a resealable plastic bag; cut a small hole in one corner of the bag. Pipe lines of melted chocolate lengthwise over cake at 1-in. intervals. Gently drag a bamboo skewer or toothpick widthwise across the frosting from right to left. About an inch down from this first mark, drag the toothpick across the frosting from left to right. Repeat, alternating directions, until the entire cake top has been decorated.
