How-to Pipe Caramel Topping

Place the caramel ice cream topping in a resealable plastic bag; cut a small hole in one corner of the bag. Pipe caramel topping over cream cheese layer in vertical lines about 1 in. apart. Use a bamboo skewer or toothpick to draw right angles across the drizzled lines, about 1/2 in. apart. Alternate the lines going from right to left, then left to right.
