Chocolate Fondue Tips

Be creative when picking dippers for chocolate fondue. Consider cubed angel food cake, shortbread cookies, biscotti, marshmallows and pretzels. Other fruit options include dried apricots, cantaloupe chunks, orange segments and drained pineapple chucks.

Before serving, you may want to brush fresh cut fruit with lemon juice to prevent browning.

If you don't have fondue forks, use ordinary household forks or wooden skewers. You can avoid confusion by adhering a different colored tape for every guest at the end of each utensil
