Bacon Rolls

When I buy a pound of bacon, I take each slice and roll it up, securing it with a toothpick. I put all the rolled-up slices in a freezer bag, remove the air, seal and freeze. When I want bacon, I take out the amount I need, defrost in the microwave, then remove the toothpicks and unroll the bacon before frying. —B. Houser, Florissant, Colorado
