If you have a little frosting leftover after decorating a cake, you can use it to make the following sweet treats.
Spread some frosting over a graham cracker or the flat side of cookie, such as a vanilla wafer or gingersnap. To with another cracker or cookie.
Spread frosting on top of an ice cream bar, then top with another bar and but widthwise in half. Cover with whipped topping and freeze. When ready to serve, drizzle each serving with ice cream topping and sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired.
