Your go-to pan can do it all, and we want to see the irresistible recipes that make the 13x9 the one you turn to again and again. Kick off the day with broccoli-Swiss quiche for a crowd, brunchy bacon enchiladas verdes and cranberry pumpkin coffee cake. Bake up main dishes like chicken fajita bubble bread, lasagna Bolognese, pierogi-kielbasa casserole and smoky pork ribs over corn bread dressing. And square things off with super sides like scalloped butternut squash, layered three-bean salad and pull-apart sweet potato rolls. Of course, 13x9s do dessert right, too. Don’t forget those make-ahead mains: white chicken lasagna, stuffed pork tenderloin and onion-braised brisket.
