March 21 – April 19
The busy-bee Aries will save the world..and forget to eat. They also have a tendency to indulge in fast food because it fits in with their busy schedule. Nip that habit in the bud, and plan quick, easy-to-eat lunches, like wraps and pita pockets. And be sure to always carry some extra snacks to keep energy up, like olives, bananas, dried fruit and nuts.
April 20 – May 20
Lovers of all things comfortable and grounded, a Taurus will always go for the rich and creamy food, which can cause them to struggle with weight. Find lunch foods that satisfy the penchant for the decadent while also packing a ton of nutrients, like quiche or a delicious homemade chili. Rather than going out to eat, a Taurus finds more joy and satisfaction from cooking their own meals.
May 21 – June 20
While Gemini eaters are notorious junk foodies, their active lifestyle will keep the weight off, and they won’t notice the danger until its too late. Geminis need lots of quick, nutritious meals with plenty of potassium chloride to ward off blood clots and circulatory problems. Light lunches, like a veggie wrap, will keep them up and running. And stay away from coffee—Geminis are nervous enough as it is.
June 21 – July 22
Sensitive Cancer loves nothing more than a home-cooked meal made with love. Unfortunately, they also tend to eat their feelings, and their sensitive stomachs make most spicy foods a no-go. Fill the lunch plate with items full of calcium fluoride to ward off vein, gum, spine and eye problems, like a tasty egg salad sandwich on rye or a decadent yogurt parfait.

Is it any surprise that Leos prefer food as decadent and regal as they are? Keep it interesting at lunchtime with a meaty salad that’s also packed with a ton of fresh ingredients. And, to reduce Leo’s notorious heart strain, have some plums, pears and oranges around to snack on.

Oh, the detailed Virgo! Virgos suffer from sensitive digestive systems, and a lack of the proper nutrients can give way to a whole host of health problems, especially skin issues. Pack a lunch with a big green leafy salad, and easy to digest food like yogurt, cottage cheese and brown rice. If you suffer from skin problems, pick up some melons, apples, papaya and pears as quick snacks, and consider adding some lemon juice to tea.
September 23 – October 22
Lucky for the Libra, they’re already predisposed to have great portion control due to their balanced nature, although they do have a sweet tooth that can tempt them to skip it all for dessert. Eat a high-protein lunch, like a chicken salad wrap or some roasted salmon, and snack on low-fat string cheese and lots of fruits and vegetables, especially strawberries, apples, carrots and radishes. And, if they’re going out to lunch with coworkers, they should look at the lunch menu beforehand—a quick lunch is no place for Libras’ difficulty with decision-making!
October 23 – November 21
Scorpios like food that reminds them of themselves—spicy, bold and totally unique. Especially during cold-season, Scorpios need to make sure they’re getting nutrition along with flavor to ward off illness and skin problems. Roasted Brussels sprouts, quinoa bowls or a comforting soup are all great options for a Scorpio. And always pack some calcium-rich snacks, like cottage cheese, almonds or canned salmon.

‘Who has time to eat when adventure awaits!’ is the motto of the excitable Sagittarius, who will skip meals for days on end—and then gorge themselves silly. A Sagittarius should do their best to keep a regular eating schedule, with plenty of water and fresh food. They should also regularly switch up what they’re eating to keep themselves interested.
