Our April Challenge
Key lime bars are easier to make than key lime pie and just as potluck-friendly as lemon bars. Their refreshing sweet-tart flavor makes them ideal for springtime special occasions like graduation parties and showers, but they’re simple enough for a weeknight dessert, too. Serve them with a dusting of confectioners’ sugar or dollop of whipped cream for a more decadent dessert.
