Ericka Sanchez hosts the Mexican cooking series Ericka's Mexican Cocina on Recipe.TV. She’s also a recipe developer, food stylist, food photographer, creator of the award-winning culinary website Nibbles & Feasts and the author of four cookbooks: Aguas Frescas & Paletas, ¡Buen Provecho!, ¡Buenos Días! and Spicy Salsas & Moles (September 2024). Ericka's cooking style is inspired by her life as a bicultural Latina living in California and her cherished memories in the kitchen with her grandmother and mother in Mexico. Ericka was born in Torreón, Mexico and immigrated with her family to El Paso, Texas, at eight years old.
