Wendy’s is celebrating its 50th birthday. In honor of this major achievement, the chain is offering its first new Frosty flavor in half a century: Birthday Cake Frosty!

What Is the Frosty Like?
It’s like confetti cake in a cup. Thanks to a shower of rainbow sprinkles on top, you instantly know this is no ordinary Frosty. Then, when you eat a cool spoonful, the flavor is unmistakably sweet and vanilla-y, just like delicious birthday cake and frosting. It’s practically crying out for fries to be dipped in!

If you want an extra treat with your Frosty, Wendy’s is also offering a Birthday Cake Frosty Cookie Sundae that might give the original Frosty Cookie Sundae a run for its money. This special sundae uses Birthday Cake Frosty as a base and gets garnished with rainbow sprinkles and a soft, crumbled sugar cookie on top. You can find the Birthday Cake Frosty at participating Wendy’s for a limited time. The Birthday Cake Frosty costs around $1.49 and the Birthday Cake Frosty Cookie Sundae is $1.99, depending on location.
By the way, to kick off this promotion, Wendy’s was giving away free Jr. Birthday Cake Frostys last week at Wendy’s locations in Florida. You’ll have to wait and see if the chain will have more birthday surprises near you!
