Walmart Is Dropping a $40 Thanksgiving Meal That Feeds 10 People

Walmart has slashed prices on all the key ingredients you need for Thanksgiving staples, like pumpkin pie and green bean casserole. And Walmart is taking it one step further by offering the entire Thanksgiving meal basket as a one-click option when buying groceries on Walmart.com—complete with free express delivery too.

“We know every dollar and minute counts—which is why we are offering a low-price, one-click Thanksgiving meal basket featuring iconic brands like Butterball and Stove Top alongside trusted Walmart private brand items,” said John Furner, president and CEO of Walmart. “We want every family to be able to share a meal and celebrate without compromising on quality, quantity or tradition.”

What’s included in the Walmart Thanksgiving meal?

The meal is meant to feed 10 people. This year, the basket includes all of the following items:

• Butterball turkey, 13.5 pounds
• Kinder’s fried onions, 4.5 ounces
• Campbells cream of mushroom soup, one can
• Stove Top turkey stuffing, twin pack
• Great Value dinner rolls, 12-count
• Fresh russet potatoes, 5 pounds
• Fresh cranberries, 12 ounces
• Great Value baby carrots, 2 pounds
• Great Value corn, three cans
• Great Value green beans, three cans
• Great Value artisan macaroni and cheese, three boxes
• Great Value brown gravy mix, 2 packets
• Great Value pie crusts
• Great Value evaporated milk, one can
• Great Value 100% pure pumpkin, one can

The Thanksgiving meal basket is also customizable, with three other options also being available in a one-click format: a gluten-free option, a high-protein option and even a prime rib meal basket.
