Here’s What The Cheesecake Factory Just Added to Its Menu

We're here for the French Dip Cheeseburger.

We’re not gonna lie—The Cheesecake Factory has been our saving grace during this never-ending pandemic. From giving us the chance to buy a WHOLE cheesecake in any of their signature flavors (because really, who can stop at one slice?) to offering happy hour deals, they’ve given us plenty of incentive to keep powering through work-from-home woes.

And of course, we’ve been cooking up a Cheesecake Factory-inspired storm since the release of their online cookbook.

Now, The Cheesecake Factory has announced it will add even MORE items to the already giant menu!

What’s New on the Menu?

It’s a mix of sweet and savory options. We can’t wait to sink our teeth into the Baked Rigatoni, the Classic Italian Trio (Fettuccini Alfredo, Chicken Parmesan and Baked Rigatoni), the French Dip Cheeseburger and the Korean Fried Chicken.

If you’re looking for a (slightly) healthier meal, the Carolina Grilled Salmon and the Pan Roasted Chicken seem like great options, while vegetarians can opt for the Cauliflower Tacos or Sweet Potato Enchiladas. The decadent Caramel Apple pancakes are a great way to start the day, but save ’em for the weekend—they’re only available on the Saturday and Sunday brunch menu.

There Are Brand-New Drinks, Too

It wouldn’t be a menu update without drinks, and we’re super excited about the Strawberry Infused Margarita, a brand-new addition. It comes with strawberry-infused tequila, Bacardi Lime and agave. (Unfortunately, this won’t be available at all locations, so make sure to ask ahead at yours.)

If that’s not your jam, you can go for the Key Lime Martini, a summery drink made with Bacardi Lime, Caribbean rum and pineapple, or the Grapefruit Cosmopolitan, a modern version of a timeless classic made with Absolut Grapefruit, St-Germain and Aperol.

Last but not least is the Pineapple Mescal, made with Altos Plata tequila and Vida Mezcal with fresh pineapple, lime and agave.

When Can We Dig in?

The menu rollout began on January 29th and will continue until March 5th, so keep an eye on your local Factory to figure out when you’ll be able to indulge.

As for us, we’ll be trying some copycat Cheesecake Factory recipes while we’re waiting.
