No one does fast-food quite like the Bell (well, at least in my humble opinion). Whenever Taco Bell drops a brand-new menu item, like Chicken Nuggets and Steak Garlic Nacho Fries, we throw our hands up in applause. Now, as we celebrate Taco Bell’s 63rd birthday this year, the chain is giving us an entirely new dessert: the Milk Bar Birthday Cake Churros.
This is the second dessert collaboration between the two iconic brands so we know we’re in for an absolute treat this time around. It’s time for total churro jubilation!
What are the Milk Bar Birthday Cake Churros?
Much like their name suggests, the churros are a joyous new twist on a classic Mexican dessert. And, yes, while we recognize Taco Bell isn’t quite Mexican food and rather an amalgam of many things, we appreciate its continuously delicious menu decisions.
Milk Bar, a New York-based dessert company, worked with Taco Bell to create our new favorite item, the Milk Bar Birthday Cake Churro. These warm, crunchy churros are filled with sweet birthday cake icing and coated with bright pink confetti sprinkles. If these don’t scream, “Happy birthday, Taco Bell!” I’m not sure what else could.
