You Can Now Get 50% Off Iced Drinks at Starbucks This Summer—Here’s How

With things heating up this summer, we want all the cold drinks. From iced lattes to our fave Refreshers to secret menu drinks, we can’t get enough, which is why we’re so excited about this Starbucks summer deal. The deal that originally debuted on July 19 must’ve been a hit, because Starbucks decided to up the discount! Talk about a summer treat.

Wednesdays are now “Wins-Days” at Starbucks!

Starbucks Iced Drinks Will Be 50% Off on Wednesdays

Here’s what this Starbucks deal entails: 50% off iced drinks to registered Starbucks Rewards members on Wednesdays after 12 p.m. Originally, the deal took 25% off of iced drinks on Wednesdays. But, in celebration of summer, the ‘bucks decided to bump up the savings to 50%. That’s half off your afternoon caffeine fix! But as with all promos, there are a few things you’ll want to know before you order.

You’ll need to have a Starbucks account (it’s free to download the app and sign up, if you haven’t already) to access the 50% off discount. What’s included in the deal? It applies to iced drinks of your choice, but excludes ready-to-drink bottled beverages and any booze—you still have to pay full price for those options. The deal also excludes any items ordered through Starbucks delivery on Uber Eats or DoorDash.

One more important thing to keep in mind—the 50% off only applies to one drink per member, per day. If you have a full tray of drinks, only one will be 50%. Still, that’s a few dollars off your Wednesday afternoon pick-me-up, at least until you come back next week. We’re here for it!

How Long Will This Deal Last?

The Starbucks Rewards app says that this deal will last every Wednesday through August 9. This means any Wednesday after 12 p.m., you can get 50% off any iced drink until the clock strikes midnight (or, more likely, until your local Starbucks closes for the day). It doesn’t look like all locations will participate in this Starbucks summer deal, so check before you go, just to be sure.
