Starbucks Just Debuted Its New 2021 Menu—Here’s Your Sneak Peek

2021 is already looking up, thanks to Starbucks.

Starbucks couldn’t stop rolling out menu items in 2020, debuting a brand-new refresher in July, the Pumpkin Spice Latte earlier than ever in August and a legendary holiday menu in November.

2020 was a solid year for Starbucks—but 2021 is already bound to be better.

The brand-new items at Starbucks for 2021 will be as indulgent (if not more so) than the seasonal menu items we’ve come to love. Here’s the first look at your next Starbucks order.

Introducing… the Pistachio Latte!

Any new menu deserves an indulgent new drink, and Starbucks is rolling out a flavor we’ve never seen from them before: pistachio.

The Pistachio Latte is exactly what you’d expect—a latte loaded with steamed milk, notes of nutty pistachio and finished with comforting salted brown butter. Yum!

Starbucks will also be bringing back a returning favorite. Starting in January, the Almond Honey Cold Brew is hitting the menu once again, and it’s the ideal bevvie if you prefer a subtle hint of sweetness with your caffeinated pick-me-up. Starbucks is also debuting oat milk for the first time ever in 2021, which will likely yield yet another all-new latte.

What Food Will Be on the Menu?

No Starbucks menu is complete without a breakfast treat. This January, Starbucks is introducing us to new egg bites to replace the Ham, Cheddar & Pepper Sous Vide Egg Bites we loved so much. Kale & Portabella Mushroom Sous Vide Egg Bites are a 250-calorie, high protein (and low-carb)  breakfast you’ll crave every morning, and if the other egg bites are anything to go by, they’ll be just as soft and satisfying. Pair them with one of these keto Starbucks drinks for a healthier start to your day.

Starbucks’ bakery is adopting a new cake pop, too: the Earth Cake Pop. This decadent pop has a thick, chocolate inside coated in blue, chocolate icing. Outside, the pop is decorated with green and white sprinkles to represent the planet. How cute!

And in the spirit of Valentine’s Day, Starbucks will be bringing back the Red Velvet Loaf a little early. If you haven’t had it, it’s the peak of sweetness topped with frosting and made for indulging. We’re more than happy to see it heading back to stores.

There’s a New Line of Starbucks Merch, Too

You might know by now how much we love Starbucks cups. If it has the logo and a cute design, it belongs in our cabinet. For 2021, Starbucks is releasing a line of gorgeous green merchandise, including a transparent mug we can’t stop swooning over. The best feature of these simple mugs is that they’re made of recycled materials, like glass and plastic. Not only will you be sipping in style, but you’ll be saving the planet, too!

We can’t wait to get our hands on everything tasty from Starbucks in 2021. Here’s to a year full of good eats!
