The Stanley cup tumbler saves the day again!
Never Have Melted Ice Pops at the Pool Again With This Hack to Keep Them Frozen
Warm weather is approaching, which means long days at the pool and picnics in the park. Such festive occasions call for refreshing, nostalgic treats—like popsicles!
Unfortunately, popsicles often melt before you even get to the pool, even if you keep them in a cooler. TikToker Kallie Atkinson (@kellie_atkinson) offers an ingenious solution using a Stanley cup. Check out the video below to see how Atkinson keeps popsicles frozen for a long day of summer fun.

What Is the Stanley Cup Popsicle Hack?
In the video, Atkinson starts by pouring two big scoops of ice cubes into the bottom of a Stanley cup. From there, she adds a vertical layer of popsicles, fitting six standing upright into the tumbler. Finally, she adds another small scoop of ice on top to insulate the popsicles. She pops the lid on the Stanley cup, then adds the entire cup to her beach bag for a fun day at the pool!
Commenters have called the Stanley Cup popsicle hack “Brilliant!” “GENIUS!!” and “so smart!!” with another user posting that Atkinson “just made [them] so cool as a mom at the splash pad this summer.” Another clever commenter suggested “put[ting] the cup in the freezer overnight for extra coldness” as well. Just don’t refrigerate any Stanley cup accessories, like this pouch!
Other Snacks You Can Put in a Stanley Cup Cooler
This Stanley cup popsicle hack has me thinking of more delicious frozen summer treats to cart with me to the beach. Of course, some classic ice cream sandwiches wouldn’t hurt, but what about frozen cookie dough bites like you get at the movie theater? For healthier options, frozen grapes taste a lot like Jolly Ranchers, and frozen yogurt can satisfy that need for something creamy.
