  • Parchment paper
  • Gingerbread boy cookie cutter
  • 2-in. heart cookie cutter
  • Large metal spoon
  • Piping bags
  • Decorator tips

Instructions:

Step 1: Shape the antlers

Using your favorite cutout cookie dough, cut two shapes with a gingerbread boy cookie cutter. Stretch into antler shapes and bake. Pipe melted chocolate over cooled cookies for texture. Once set, spray with edible gold mist. Once dry, place antlers on top of cake.

Step 2: Make the ears

To create ears, using your favorite cutout cookie dough, cut two 2-in. hearts and bake. While still warm, mold baked cookies onto the curve of a large metal spoon; let stand until cool. Spray with edible gold mist; let dry. Dip edges in melted chocolate. Once set, place ears on top of cake.

Step 3: Create the mane
