The Brown Sugar Cinnamon Pop-Tarts now come in ice cream form.
Pop-Tarts and Good Humor have combined forces to create glorious Pop-Tarts Ice Cream Bars. In other words, the Good Humor Man is about to deliver breakfast for dessert! Well—not really. You’ll still have to go to the grocery store. But we’re pretty excited about this development.
The Goods on Good Humor Bars
Good Humor is known for its classic ice cream truck treats like Strawberry Shortcake and Creamsicle Bars. Now, the iconic brand has transformed Brown Sugar Cinnamon Pop-Tarts into an ice cream bar.
The bars have a cinnamon ice cream core that’s surrounded by a layer of vanilla ice cream and then coated in crumbles that look like they’re made from crushed Pop-Tarts. We can’t wait to experience this delicious combination of textures!
This isn’t the first time Good Humor has partnered with an iconic food brand. You might remember seeing the Strawberry Shortcake Oreos a couple years back.
Is This for Breakfast or Dessert?
Well, cinnamon and sugar are a natural flavor combo for breakfast. There’s a reason why everyone loves cinnamon rolls on Sunday morning, right? But we’ll likely be enjoying the ice cream bars for dessert.
Pop-Tarts Bars come in boxes of six (plenty to share) and while they’re not available nationally, they will likely be priced around $3.99 like other boxes of Good Humor bars. Look out for this new flavor mash-up at your Walmart, Target or Walgreens.

Ice Cream Cone TreatsI came up with this recipe as a way for my grandkids to enjoy Rice Krispies treats without getting sticky hands. You can also pack the cereal mixture into paper cups and insert a wooden pop stick to create cute pops. —Mabel Nolan, Vancouver, Washington
