The Cheesecake Factory says that it’s rolling out two brand-new cheesecake flavors starting on July 30: Cinnabon Cinnamon Swirl Cheesecake and Very Cherry Ghirardelli Chocolate Cheesecake. (Here’s how to pronounce Ghirardelli, by the way.) It’s hard to beat Adam’s Peanut Butter Cup Fudge Ripple, but the latest menu additions might be the best ever!

Cinnabon Cinnamon Swirl Cheesecake
A spokesperson from “the Factory” describes the dessert as “layers of Cinnabon-flavored cheesecake alternating with layers of vanilla crunch cake, and everything topped with cream cheese frosting and caramel.” The layers are absolutely gorgeous. It looks a bit like one of our top tiramisu recipes, except this one is all about Cinnabon cinnamon, caramel and crunch.
For anyone who loves cinnamon rolls, this slice is a must-order!
Very Cherry Ghirardelli Chocolate Cheesecake
This slice is “cherry cheesecake loaded with cherries and Ghirardelli chocolate, on top of a layer of fudge cake.” For anyone who wants even more sweet goodness, it’s topped with a fudgy ganache and sprinkled with chocolate and cherry candy. (It’s pink—with pink swirls on top!)
You’ll be doing a good deed when you order dessert, too. For every slice of Very Cherry Ghirardelli Chocolate Cheesecake sold through next February, Cheesecake Factory has pledged to donate 25 cents to Feeding America, an organization dedicated to fighting hunger through a network of food banks.
