This Classic Disney Treat Is Now in Stores—But Only for a Limited Time

You don't have to book a flight to get your hands on this Disney dessert. Find the treat in stores courtesy of Mickey Mouse himself.

Disney is known for having legendary food—from the classics like Dole Whip and Mickey waffles to more unusual inventions. (It gives you something to look forward to as the kids run from ride to ride in the Magic Kingdom!) But now Disney’s gone to infinity and beyond by introducing one of their world-famous treats at your local grocery store.

Once Upon a Dream

Technically, 2019 is the Year of the Pig, but every year is Year of the Mouse. The iconic Disney mascot Mickey Mouse, has turned 90. Mickey’s birthday wish is for anyone who can’t be at Disney to have a taste of magic right at home. (Here’s another b-day treat from Mickey.)

For a limited time only, you’ll be able to find Mickey Mouse ice cream in stores. That’s right, we’re talking Mickey-shaped ice cream bars that have never been in public circulation. If you’re anything like us (a sucker for Disney and ice cream), this is a bare necessity!

See what Disney is making with its famous Dole Whip.

Where Can I Get the Mickey Mouse Ice Cream?

It hasn’t been detailed where exactly you can find the Mickey Mouse ice cream bars. But we’re assuming the frozen treats will be found at any major retailer (here are the best in America). Nestle partnered with Disney to recreate Mickey’s famous munchie, so you know it’s gonna be tops.

While we don’t know just yet when we’ll be seeing Mickey in stores, the word on the street says they should be available this month. Keep an eye on that freezer section, because there’s a real possibility they’re available now!

Remember, Mickey ice cream is only around for a limited time, so make sure to get your box before they’re all gone.
